Question The RAM runs at 2400MHz instead of the claimed 3200MHz ?

Set the xmp, then change only frequency manually, then save and reboot. Could work.

Question Can the EVGA SuperNOVA 1000 G+, 80 Plus Gold handle a 7900 XTX ?

the surge protector may not be working properly (might be too sensitive, or works fine and power is just too dirty) and shuts down the pc very often. does it happen in gaming load only or desktop too ?

Question Can the EVGA SuperNOVA 1000 G+, 80 Plus Gold handle a 7900 XTX ?

surge protectors are alright, but yours might have a misconfigured threshold, resulting in any small variance tripping it. mine is built into my cyperpower ups, and what voltage it engages at is configured via software. surge protector without ups is a silly idea anyway, it'll shut down the pc...

Question Feel like my I7 10700K and 3080TI FTW3 setup is under performing. Not sure why

does sound like malfunctioning alright. how long are the intervals between running normally and those drops you mention ? Every minute ? 5 minutes ? 15 minutes ? More I've seen rdr2 drop from 60 to 30-something on my rig (also 10700+32g 3600 c16) at times out of nowehere, then go back up in a...

Question Feel like my I7 10700K and 3080TI FTW3 setup is under performing. Not sure why

cpu is too slow for locked 144fps. You'll need at least a 13600k + fast ddr5 (6000+) to get there. At least this is the best configuration in terms of per/dollars these days.

News AMD Claims Starfield Devs Have the Power to Add DLSS Support

isn't dlss free to use ? if it is, it needs no funding. it's also very easy to integrate. the most anticipated AAA title of the year lacking funds for dlss intergration sounds like a weak excuse, I think the studio/publisher might have wanted nvidia to pay given how much money they're raking...
