something is wrong with the motherboard then. i would call their support, they may give you a new board man. once i fried a msi board from overclocking, they took the board and gave me a new one. they knew i blew it up, i told them. they were cool about it.

then that is not your motherboard. don't know what to tell you. call their support and work it out. maybe use the restore dvd to restore the correct version of windows your pc shipped with. then those driver downloads would work.

Can you try plugging it in to a different person’s outlet and see if it also makes the noise?
