Not overclocked. I've been using the cpu and cooler for over a year and this just started this week. I have not messed around inside or moved the computer or done anything that could have jostled the heatsink. Is a broken component the only other culprit?

Under prime95 torture testing, my cores are consistantly 15+ Celsius apart. I have an i5 4690k stock and a H80i water cooler. Temps on core 1 get up to 95 while 4 can be as low as 75. I have run P95 many times before and never got above 75 on any core. The range between cores used to be 5...

I have a 1TB SSD with two ~500 GB partitions. My C partition is starting to get full, but the other partition D is almost empty. Will the computer run faster (and drive last longer) if I redistribute files onto both partitions?
