I tried to do what @Lutfij suggested, hard to tell if I did it right without visual, no change. I tried plugging it into a tv and it said no signal. Thank you both for your help.

Thanks for the reply. I just finished pulling the coin battery and shorting the jumper. Then plugged everything back in and there was no change.

Figured it out, there was some weird formating on it because I had installed the SSD with the other drive together before doing the clean install.
