    Question No boot or display with used GPU ?

    I recently bought a used Gigabyte RTX 2070 and when I installed it, the system wouldn't boot or post . My keyboard will light up and the "boot" LED on the motherboard stays on. I reinstalled my 2060 Super and the system runs fine.
