    so there is an update for the mobo thats was realese on my birthday lol so intalling it might fix it but first put back the old cpu and do a clear cmos then go dowload the update : https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/support/B450M-MORTAR-MAX

    and now sometimes all the screen flickers and all animation are freez like games and youtube video, maybe the gpu is on its way out

    if this happened after u changed the cpu maybe ur mobo just need a bios update try to connect the display to your mobo
