looks like a solid choice. Won't be able to play most games at high or ultra like a $700 desktop would but it can at least PLAY the games if you can live with reduce quality settings and or 720p res.

I have my computer case in a dusty area of my house and on the floor. i flipped my psu fan to face inside the case because i was sick of having to clean the dust filter every week or so. I'm paranoid about psu dust death. I have PLENTY of case fans(5) so i'm not worried about the psu overheating...

only thing i would change is the case the cooler master n200 is better AND cheaper. also i wouldent get an optical drive and i would get a an aftermarket cooler like the thermalright macho

the 750ti is a joke of a graphics card unless you need to add a graphics card to somones dell or acer and they dont want to spend the extra money or hassle for a better power supply. if you are building a pc from the ground up you can get a r7 265 for the same money and it will be nearly twice...

at $1000 i would strongly consider one especially for that cooling solution.

one usb port can support like 52 usb devices you are just looking at a tangled mess of adaptors but i do see a header for a external case usb

Honestly for budget builds like this the whole point is to save money on the cpu and get a bigger graphics card. for the same money as an i3 and a 750ti you can get the pentium, overclock it and get a a R9 270x however people recommending the 750ti for budget builds really needs to look at...
