By pressing and pulling I managed to get one free (along with the help of some hard plastic tweesers) but one of them just doesn't want to give. Not sure what else I can do other than just pressing harder, but my fingers are already pretty beat up.

I got a brand new liquid cooler since my old cpu fan was kinda old, and I needed to move these USB and button cords for the fan part to fully screw into the side of the case, but these cords don't seem to want to give: The USB were pretty obvious. Unscrew the 3 screws then pop it out. But these...

I just unplugged and removed the cooler, then put the new CPU in, there was nothing else in the way.

So now I plugged it in and there's no signal to my monitors, its turning on but thats it. You know what could of happened now?
