I am writing this on my XP PC and have been using Outlook Express since day 1. My emails on my computer go back to 1996. I haven't had a virus in over 12 years. Help! What am I doing wrong?

Thank you for your quick reply. It's nothing to do with what worked for me. If you read the thread you will see that the answer "shake the tank" is wrong. The printer in question estimates when the ink will run out by the number of pages printed and you have to push a button a couple of times...

I just searched for an answer to an Epson printer problem and found a post marked as "Best Answer", when in fact it was total rubbish. So who decides "Best Answr" and how can closed topics get the rubbish "Best Answer" changed. This stuff stays on the site forever, so having a pathetic post...
