Tried the driver 347.88 and install it like you said, only physx and check clean installation. But it hasn't change, crashing again.

I use from the gigabyte site, because from nvidia latest are very buggy, often they stop working and recovered, thats why I use those from gigabyte. I will try the one you've suggested.
