Asus PA328Q ProArt 32-inch UHD Monitor Review

If you're going to review a PA Professional grade monitor whose advertizing and promotional claims touts 100% Adobe RGB I would think you would have underscored the fact that it only achieves sRGB as a major issue. Instead you've glossed over it and reviewed the monitor as though such claims...

Mother board shows ram with [oc]

It's a new day and yet reading your reply it feels like ground hog day ... again... as has come to be your unwavering signature style; you deflect, distract and obfuscate. It has to be noted that it takes a certain gift to achieve as you have as many logical fallacies so consistently in such...

Mother board shows ram with [oc]

Ok ... let's try an straighten this puppy out. Last night in my post I finished by encouraging you to look at the link and while doing so try and do it without relying on that you already know... you either didn't or have a reading comprehension deficit. Look it up > Etymological fallacy...

Mother board shows ram with [oc]

Then we disagree, and I'll opine that it stems from the fact that the original post references listing by board manufacturers near exclusively enumerating compatible RAM for any given product beyond the most basic speeds as OC. In grammar that assignation implies a clause, which is what I had...

Mother board shows ram with [oc]

Yes I'm following what you're saying and appreciate the detailed explanations, particularly the historical context... reminding me I have an old pentium D 820 sitting in a rig that one day will get a replacement MB that will allow me to take it as high as it'll go (not presently the case)...

Mother board shows ram with [oc]

I think I understand... so if I were looking at say 2800MHz sticks they ain't going there on their own with XMP whereas 2400 based on the same gear (new mid to high range stuff) more likely would, hence the more common return of the OC assignation in retail marketing literature.

Mother board shows ram with [oc]

Hi Harolddh2 The OC assignation refers to the RAM's built in profiles that one has to select in the BIOS under the RAM settings for those higher clocks to be enabled. Another assignation that was previously common was XMP (extreme memory profile). Today the base line for a new build shouldn't...

ASUS P8Z68 Pro 4 beep error code

Well actually if that will resolve the issue they aren't that expensive and provided the exact bios you need is available then should be fine. You could also check with Asus if they can ship you one which I've done in the past and the task of installing it is as straight forward as could be just...

Indeed it is: Core i5-3570K (3.4G,L3:6M,iGPU,4C,77W,rev.E1) ALL 3203 You'll need to install the 3203 or later Bios and yes maybe :) Yes the red light is an issue, ram has to be in if it's still red went you boot press the memok button to reset if that doesn't help take a stick out.
