I want to update my system with a 2080 Super. My question is, what CPU would be best to play latest title games like borderlands 3, GTA5, CIV 6, etc... all or mostly at ultra graphics and possibly 4k with decent fps?

I've been thinking about building a PC inside a original Xbox Console. the problem i have with doing this is finding a way to put in a power supply. one option i had was an external power brick but i cant seem to find one that will support high watts.

which one is worth it? I've been stuck on this for awhile.
