If you want SLI and overclock ,I won't pick M-ATX board(Gigabyte GA-Z97MX only have 4 power phase and M-ATX not good on sli), I would choose MSI Z97S SLI KRAIT EDITION ATX board(6 power phase would better than 4 power phase and sli have more space would get a cool temp).
