Intel x86 / AMD x64 Windows will not run on a Pi, not natively. You need Windows on Arm and there is no official version released by Microsoft that supports the Pi's ARM processor. What's out there is a hacked work in progress, not likely what your interested in.

I have one and like it a lot. Just be advised there is no DSI or CSI connectors, you can't use the official Pi Foundation Display or Camera with it. No audio out jack either, its HDMI or USB dongle for sound. Plus the GPIO header is tilted to point out the back. You can still plug a Hat into it...

What SBC do you plan to use? Your also very likely going to need an H Bridge motor controller to safely drive the vibration motor.

Most of my Pi Zero setups are running headless. I only ever use the adapter to do my setup. I have a dozen + Zero W's kicking around here.
