The real problem here in my country is that you cant get you hands on a 3080ti. Its just 50 cheaper than 3090. No point getting 3080ti

My gtx 1080 can still play games with some tweaks. When i picked monitor i should have bought 1080p and things would be easier right now. I think 3090 and even 3080 can last 3 4 years of quality gaming on new releases

Well thanks for the replies. I was about to get 3080 and they restocked some 3090s and grabed one. I think it will do the job for the next 5 years!

My monitor was high end and after some research i can see it is still considered as one of the best in terms of gsync. But does it really make any difference? It needs vsync and fps capped again. I really forgot what gsync does. It seems that RX 6900xt could age a little better cause its has...

I was about to upgrade some time ago. But i saw prices falling even more so now im sure i will. I can grab asus tuf RTX 3080 for 850 and asus tuf RX 6900XT for 750. Monitor is asus PG279Q. It is gsync but ok i can use a frame limiter instead. Whitch of those 2 gpus can be decent in 1440p gaming...

I think i will go for 3080 for 900 or 3090 for 1100. I have a really expensive Asus monitor with gsync and i dont want an AMD card

Well i dont know if i will be able to get one of those 4080 12gb. And in my country it will cost much more than msrp. Way higher than a 3090. Plus the fact that i want to play decently for the next years to come but i dont know if i will have time to do that! So even if i can afford an expensive...

No RT is not an issue for me. I just need a card that can produce 90+ frames on beautiful graphic settings on 1440p. My 1080 aged well but now can keep those frame rates i have to lower some stuff.

Its hard to decide. I can get a 3090 for 1100 or eait and maybe get a 3080 12gb for the same or even more?

I got the rtx 3090 over the 3080. The difference between them was just 200€. RTX 3080ti was the same price as 3090.

I live in Greece. Some things that are normal for the world have no use here! I may see the price 100 up next week!

When 4000 series are expected? Then 4080 will be in a high price. And then i could say just wait some weeks for the price to drop and so on and so on!
