Loud GPU fan noise at first boot and then CPU got shut down

how can your cpu be custom and also you cant put your gpu on your cpu, so please get your component names right, I would try another ram but all-in-all I suspect that it's your motherboard causing these problems :)

    Can a CiT 700w power an R9 270?

Yes, it can, although I wouldn't overclock anything with that psu :)

No signal from NEW GPU (gigabyte hd7770), integrated works, no beeps from mobo???

changing the psu is a good idea overall but i seriously doubt that it'll make a difference, unless your current one is like 200w :D

if the pci-e cable is connected to the graphics card, then i guess your only option is RMA :/

Need to decide what PSU I need for a build

You already have a cpu in there... PSU wise you should go with seasonic, corsair, ocz, enermax, something along those lines. I dont see a point going with a gold rated power supply unless you want you save every penny you can on your bill, bronze will do just fine for your needs :)

How should i position my computer fans?

doesnt really matter, the key to having less dust in your system is to have more fans blowing air in than out :)

Can my psu handle the gtx 760?

LinusTechTips put a 3960x or something like that, and a Gtx titan in a pc (obviously with all the other stuff needed for a computer) with a 500w psu and it ran perfect so... gtx 760 is completely fine

GA-880GM-UD2H and Asus GTX 760 support?

Then everything is good. Remember, every motherboard that has PCI-E slot will support any graphics card that also has PCI-E connector, only thing stopping you from putting a r9 290x crossfire in that system is your psu (and probably budget) :)

    New PC Build.

If you like the case, Id recommend a little more high-end one. Other than that, youre good to start building :)
