    [SOLVED] Black Screen of death on Acer Aspire 5

    I added an additional 4 GB of RAM to my Brand New Acer Aspire 5 and have a black screen. The battery charge indicator light show bright blue as does the power on light. I DID NOT compensate for static discharge while adding the RAM Stick. Am I doomed??
