    Download MSI afterburner, turn on GPU load on screen display, and see what your GPU load is. If it is a constant 90%+ than your processor is fine.

    Sure, if you already have the 1080p monitor, go for it and plug it in. You'll get a slight increase in quality, with an even slighter decrease in performance.

    I think the GTX 670 would be too powerful and cause a bottleneck. I am not a 100% sure, so you should wait for someone else to reply.

    Yes. Keep in mind that Arma 2 is not very well optimized, and DayZ standalone is coming out soon, perhaps with better optimization.
