First randomly checked on task manager then msi afterburner and some other dude pointed me to check hwmonitor every software showing similar (depend the time ) and about the game it affects every game

I already posted similar issue iam facing Let me elaborate i had i5 3rd gen 1660s 12gb ram 550w PSU i was playing games balance satisfied fps rate.THEN SUDDENLY FPS DROPED like if i having 40 to 60fps it drop under 15fps .and it wasnt recovered so i searched letterly everywhere and everything...

I will check what u mentioned earlier I just want add somethings how I fix this temporarily only after i replug GPU and reinstall GPU driver.but i don't know it's if its ok to do so

1080p resolution graphics settings are medium

CPU usage is under 10% and GPU usage at 100% while gaming but someone said it was good but it wasn't while playing games smoothly, like 40-50 fps suddenly dropped to under 15 fps. Thats where I noticed the above CPU and GPU usage. my specs are: I5-12400f GTX 1660s 16gb Ram
