Ive used Bit Defender 2014 for sometime now, and it works amazingly well. Ive never had a virus and I spend my days playing and downloading harmfull stuff. It updates regularly giving you protection from new malware and it also has a gaming mode! It doesnt cause lag in my laptop nor on my PC...

Personally I dont like combos. Id rather go With an ASUS board that supports a processor that is in your budget and desired performance... If you want you can tell me what processor you might want and I can give you some ideas. Many people like the Z97 VII Maximus Formula... It has 4 RAM slots...
