they do ramp up, i specifically set it to be at 100% fan speed at 60/70(if i remember correctly). ofcourse it means that the GPU is already hot af.

it is from a reputable(237 postive no negative) reseller, they say (and pictures show) that its unopened. right now i have a 1060 6gb and i have been looking to upgrade for years. the cheapest new 3060ti card is ~470$ here. thanks for the help as always.

understandable, thanks for the help. i got a 1060 rn which holds up pretty well to this day and i love this card. do you think i should upgrade my cpu rn? or should i wait with that aswell? i have funds i just dont wanna be that guy that bought something at the worst time.

fixed! i only switched one of the original fans because the other one was working normally, but now that ive changed them to the new ones everything is fine!
