Just wanted to say thanks to those who tried to help me. I managed to get it all working. I had to download a linux OS (Ubuntu is what I used) put it onto a disk. I disconnected my other drives and then ran Ubuntu off the disk and formatted the drive then shutdown. Reconnected my other drives...
