The problem is your USB plug, normaly it is located on the bottom of your motherboard

Thanks to all of you for your answers, it helped me a lot, I tried the method with a metal pin to power the fan on the PSU and it was dead... it was giving no power to my pc. I contacted corsair and they will give me another one for free.

The thing is, I just want to be sure it is the PSU, like... If they give one back and my computer is still not working... Do you know any thing that can causes the PSU to die ? Because if mine died, should I go for a higher one like 850w ???
