Hi. I finally got my Zotac GTX 970 and it's working fine. But I've noticed that while I'm playing, the temperature goes to 70-80. Is this temperature normal and do I need to use a fan? Answers are appreciated.

Hey. So I've been searching the net for the answer but I haven't been able to find anything so far. my motherboard is ASUS H81M-C and it's slots are: 1 x PCIe 2.0 x16 2 x PCIe 2.0 x1 1 x PCI my question is: Can I use a PCIe 3.0 Graphics card on it (for example GTX 970)? I'd appreciate answers...
