Yeah, I tested all four in all pairs, in all ram slots including single and dual channel and all configs only boot fully while running 2 sticks

Just checking to make sure I understand correctly, I'm running the memcheck with all 4 ram? Sorry I am fairly new into the troubleshooting side.

Added to this, by not booting I mean that the pc will turn on (rgbs, fans, gpu spins up ect) but screens remain blank.)
