i mean will it imapct cooling i have an amd fx8320e overclocked to 4.3 at 1.37volts and a gtx 1050ti msi gaming i have 2 120mm pwm fans on my cooler and 1 120mm fan in my case and 2 around 80 to 60 mm fans i don't really know in the front and one very loud fan runs at 7k rpm amd 80mm stock fan...

can i remove extra case fans and keep important ones like exhuast and and cooler fans but run them at a lower speed my cooler is a hyper 212 led turbo the turbo version means it has 2 fans
