What is the strongest GPU that an i5 9400 can handle?I am planning to buy a gtx 2070 but I think my CPU would bottleneck it. Buying a new CPU is out of the question.

I just bought a GTX 1660 Ti and I'm dissapointed. Not because it is a bad card but because system requirements are rising so fast. Now I can play almost every game on high settings but when Cyberpunk 2077 will come out this will change. Probably I won't be able to run that game even on medium...
