It's not PSU. I think VSR itself is buggy. I have 2 Vega LC cards. I have no problem running crossfire furmark 600w + powerdraw. However, 1440p and 4k can crash and blackscreen during low load. Possibly broken boosting with newer drivers. Core boosting too high. More about Vega things here -...
