So I did everything you said, nothing seemed to work except for uninstalling the video cards. It started up right away. So does this mean I have a bad video card? AMD Radeon HD 6490M, and Mobile Intel HD Graphics. I think I've isolated the problem to the AMD card. Uninstalled just that one...

If there's any information I'm ignorantly leaving out that would help anybody help me find a solution, please let me know.

No matter how long I wait or how many times I try my laptop will not go past the Starting Windows screen. Chkdsk says everything is fine, start-up repair can't find any problems, and I've tried a "clean boot" and I've tried all of the restore points. I can go into safemode just fine though. Help...
