Hi i have a xperia zr. My battery life just doesn't go above 3 hours on screen time. I have tried to format, disabling and enabling stamina mode but no difference. I'm on kitkat 4.4.4. Any suggestion to improve battery life?? I have also disabled some apps which i don't use. Please help...

When i turn in shadows it starts to lag heavily. Do you know which commandline would be useful for me??? . I know it's a bad port before it was not stuttering but now it has started to stutter....
