I recently purchased a geuine sony vaio battery which is not getting charged beyond 65%. I unchecked battery care function also. but still facing the same problem. even the battery charging capacity shown by vaio control center is good. can u guys please help me?

Hi all, I have a sony vaio VGN CS-27 laptop with windows vista 64 bit os. Currently its not able to boot, a blank black screen appears after sony vaio logo. I tried to recover it using recovery partition(using f10) but after some time i.e. After selecting language only greenish blue screen...
