Hi! So I recently shifted cities, therefore my PC was not being used for almost a month, and was packed up. After I finally set it up and started it, Windows downloaded like half a dozen updates. Ever since that, every DX12 game is stuck below 10% GPU usage, which is causing insanely low FPS...

I was really impressed with NFS: HP2, and still consider it to hold up really well. I played it like in 2010-2011, and was amazed by the graphics. (I had a P4 2GHz, 512MB RAM, SiS 65x graphics) Another game that impressed me was GTA Vice City, the reflections looked really nice indoors.

Sapphire Pulse RX560 and I am going to upgrade the PSU to 400w as well, currently have an ACBel 350W PSU.
