If you're talking about horizontal lines flickering then make sure you have V-Sync enabled and see if that fixes it.

My friend did this same thing with his 6300 and got a 4.5 OC on air cooled with the CPU never going over 55 degrees during Prime95. He won the silicon lottery. I suggested the same thing, that he manually do it through the BIOS, but he's happy leaving it with what Genie got him.

My buddy has the MSI TF OC 760 and he hits 1250Mhz with his overclock, still runs about 70 degrees while gaming.

Yeah, you wont need that PSU, you'd be happy with an 850W and I would personally ditch the network card and sound card. Looks pretty awesome though.
