This site says that the Thoroughbred will support VIA chipsets KT133A-KT336A. would it could with a KT-266 (not A), even if it doesn't say officially, it should work since the thoroughbred uses socket A. am i right?
i noticed a pretty good improvement when i got a gf2 and some ram. but my gf2 is a shitty cheap one. but if you have 128 ram i suggest upgrading to 384 ram, its quick and painless (save for your wallet)

I've been upgrading my computer case/mobo/ram/processor and when i turn my computer on my monitor gets completely no input at all! i've tried 2 different AGP cards and still nothing! i have an A7V266 btw
couldn't i just install the new case/mobo/ram/processor, turn it on. setup the bio's, install motherboard drivers, and then install windows xp? without reformating
so i should
1.) format harddrive
2.) setup the "new" computer
3.) turn it on, go thru the bios and such
4.) install windows xp
5.) install drivers for all devices one by one
6.) play games that my "old" computer could not handle until passing out on keyboard.
am i right? and how do i format the...
