Found my fix on the STEAM forums for anyone else who has this problem: just disable Razer Chroma in the in-game options. Now getting max frames! :)

I tried to run the 64bit Windows disk within the installed 32bit windows and it says "the version is not compatible" I found an old external harddrive and I extracted my ISO files onto it, have it as an active partition but when I try to boot it, it gives me an error saying "invalid system disk" .
