ok so I just build a new computer and I need an OS. I can't get the disk version version because there is not one in my entire town. So my question is can I download windows 8.1 from a website and put it on a usb drive? If so how big must the drive be?

If this is for just Lan parties build I would for a hybrid of both builds. The Motherboard and CPU of Build 2 is just fine, but i would have a GTX 770 in there and a larger SSD, 60GB isn't enough. I would get a Cooler master Hyper 212 Evo instead of the stock one.
