Yes cpu is plugged in the upper left. I've tried hooking it up to monitor and putting my gtx in but as soon as the 24 pin is in the case gets no power. I tried flashing bios. the led is red. nothing will even come onto the monitor. I'm thinking the MB is DOA but hoping not.

Just power LED lights up on MB. I have take all parts out, put all parts in, but if that 24 pin is in the MB nothing gets power. But if I unplug only the 24 pin, then case turns on, psu turns on, and aio fan turns on because that is what i have plugged in.

My msi meg x570 ace led comes on when I have everything plugged in but nothing else lights up. Not even psu fan or case led. If I unplugg 24 pin and insert it into the adapter that tests the power, the aio powers on, case powers on, psu lights up an fan works but of course the mother board does...
