Well you must be rather blind then as a lot of the games on show are way below 100% GPU usage.

You won't have any issues powering it, at 1080p though the 2600 is too slow to push a 6700-XT to it's maximum capability.

The 6700-XT will run with a 550w PSU just fine, you have a good PSU that is very reliable. Your CPU?

What model power supply is it? And from which brand? The 6700-XT is closer to RTX 3070 performance, around 10% slower in fact, a very good value card.

I stated in my post that the latest AGESA from AMD is not yet availiable for your motherboard, your Vendor ASRock has not published a new bios with the latest AGESA as of yet, so your latest bios is still capable of fTPM problems.

Not by 12%, it is unlikely due to how little OC headroom these cards have, but you may gain up to around 5%, IMO not worth it.

In terms of GPU performance, yes, in terms of Vram the 3060 has more for the price. The 6650XT is the faster GPU by around 12% or so.
