Well it does say 300w on your manual, so... yea I'm guessing you need a 300w. But, there is a chance you could run with a 250w but this could cause damage to your GPU.

Maybe try to see if you have a faulty GPU by using integrated graphics? If your PC still freezes then, I cannot help you. (Almost 100% you have a faulty GPU) Honestly I'd also say its time to upgrade your GPU.

If you have the budget go for the 1050 ti 4gb it is better. As for when you would have to upgrade, I'm guessing by the end of the year or abit later. You could most likely play CSGO on the max setting and GTA 5 on medium.

1060 6gb prices have skyrocketed, but if you look on websites such as Gpu user bench you can see that the 1060 6gb is better by far. Overall, if you have the money go for the 1060 6gb or the 3gb (although i'd go for 6gb), they are both better then the 1050 ti. Good luck, do a bit more research...

Could it be that your PC is overheating? Do a stress test and watch your temps (This will most likely freeze your PC but this is important information)

If you have the budget go for a 1070. DON'T go for the RX 580 or 1060 unless you are lucky and find a good deal.

I could recommend the 460 2 gb, 1050 2 gb (a bit above your budget) and the 1050 ti 4 gb (a bit more above your budget). With the 460 2 gb and the 1050 2 gb you would be able to run a stable 60 fps in the lowest settings, maybe with the 1050 ti you could get medium. I'm not 100% as I've never...
