When I play WoW on max settings a hissing noise comes from the desktop, screeching. However on minimum its fine. WHy is this? I dont remember it being like this before, is it a problem with the GPU or something else?

Hi, I have an I7 4770 locked CPU and a GTX 770. Since I don't plan to overclock this, will the 3.4 GHZ clock speed be enough for a GTX 770 or would it be bottlenecked?

so am i able to increase clock speed even with a locked processor?

My PC has a 3.4 ghz clock speed with 3.9 if I go turbo I have enabed turbo in BIO's however it still says 3.4 ghz because im not under load Is it safe to manually set my clock speed up to 3.9 through BIO's giving it the permanent turbo boost or not?
