I have a similar issue. Just bought a new RTX 3060 12gb. Swapped out a GTX 980 ti that was running 2xMSI curved monitors both via DP.
Only one of the DPs work on the 3060. I can run another monitor via HDMI but can't run both on DP. It can't be a power issue because when testing with just one...
