I have recently upgraded my system to i7 6700k and trident 3400mhz ram with a Asus z170a mobo. Before I had a gigabyte z170 hd3 which blew up when I changed my ram setting to XMP. I'm a noob and I'm afraid that changing XMP on Asus z170a would blow it up again is there a way to normally change...
