The VRAM is not useful for low budget GPU.. The low budget cards like GT 610, 620 cannot even use 1GB VRAM completely.. get the 1GB GT 620.. it will be better than the 2GB GT610..
Both are almost identical.. They have their own specialized Sound Driver and other things.. the only thing i like in MSI more than ASUS is the Killer Network card which reduces LAG in online games and the OC genie UI which helps in easy Overclocking !
I would suggest you to go with the AMD Fx 8350 if you are going to use the Computer mostly for gaming.. It is cheaper than Intel i5-3570k and gives better performance in gaming !
The performance of a Single GTX 770 2GB GDDr5 OC edition will obviously be way more powerful than the GTX 560Ti SLI and you will also not have to bear with all the SLI related problems..
The cheapest GTX 770 comes for around $330 .. Check here Gigabyte GeForce GTX 770 OC
Get the MSI GD65 with the MSI R9 290.. The ASUS components are way too overpriced for the utility they provide.. The MSI will be a cheaper and a better option !
The CPU and Ram are pretty good but i would advise you to get a newer GPU.. The 550Ti has grown old and i would not advise you to buy a Old GPU.. get a GTX 650Ti instead or HD 7770 .. Both will be better than the GTX 550Ti..
Here change these parts for the cheaper ones :
1.CPU : AMD Fx 8320 Same thing - $25 cheaper
2.Mobo : BIOSTAR TA970 Better performer - $30 cheaper
3.GPU : Gigabyte GeForce GTX 770 OC Same thing, different Brand - $30 cheaper
4.PSU : Stick with Seasonic, its the Best
5.RAM : Kingston Hyper X Blu...
