You obviously don't understand Linux. Linux sees no reason in leaving RAM unallocated so it will preload commonly used applications into unused RAM for speed and mark it as removable if you don't use it and it needs the RAM. You are only filling 5.5GB out of 8GB. It probably couldn't find...
