I posted a video below of the noise. It happens when gaming when the game has a lot going on (ESO PvP) or when it's on a loading screen (ESO). It doesn't make the noise when doing regular tasks or surfing the web. I don't really know what it is, but it is quite annoying and most likely not good...

After contacting Fractal Design they were nice enough to send the part free of charge. I ripped out the old one and slapped the new one on and all is good! Thanks everyone for the suggestions and help. Really appreciate it!
