How do I check? I mean the led is on and the fans are powered from the pump so I assume it's got power

Ok so I recently purchased a new motherboard processor and ram. And tried to use my h100gtx to cool it. It's a i7 7800x on an Asus x299-A motherboard the cooler fits on using the intel mount and I connect it up as shown but it doesn't work at all.. the cup temp just rockets on startup!! Maybe...
