I cant get the 760 in my country, so ill probably go with the r9 270x Do you think the r9 270x is any better than an Overclocked r9 270?

First Off, i already have 2 1366 x 768 monitors here and I wont be buying new monitors anytime soon. (yeah I'm reusing these monitors) What graphics card do i need to nearly max out(maybe without AA) games at this resolution, yeah i know it's pretty low compared to the 1080p standard these days...
