Thanks for the help The problem was drivers. I wanted to use it as a home server. Now with Windows Server 2019, its all fine. Had to do a bypass to install AMD Graphics driver, but all went alright. I also did solved it with Windows 10, but I prefered having a Windows Server instead of Windows 10.
