Is there a way to select my other drives and have them reformatted along with the primary drive, or do I just select everything in the drives and press delete??

I have multiple internal hard drives, 1 SSD and 2 HDDs. I am about to install a new operating system and was wondering if reformatting will erase all of my drives or just the one with the old OS?
