Found a deal on a processor on ebay but the seller mentioned that when he tried to boot up windows it couldn't get past these bsod.So should i go for it?(seller opines that processor is faulty!)

I connected a spare Intel CPU fan to the SYS FAN header and checked in bios..Voila it showed RPM speed there..so yess i guess my CM fan's RPM sensor is not working anymore..what should i do now?
